Many of the photos here were taken by the Olly Powell and Wu, Yi-Ting, who run ApproTrans. We have travelled fairly extensively throughout East Asia, but it was not until 2004 that we thought of recording all the interesting bikes we came across. We hope to continue adding to the collection over the coming years.
A number of others have generously contributed pictures of their own, for which we are most grateful. Submissions of new interesting bicycle, pedestrian, or public transit pictures are welcome.
